Coastline Construction is a Bahamian construction company with offices in Marsh Harbour, Abaco and the Airport Industrial Park in Nassau.Trading began in 1994 based in Nassau and opened an office in Abaco in 2003 which has continued to expand and grow since its conception. The company is closely managed and supervised by Directors Mr. Keith Knox and Mr. David Heffernan in Nassau and Mr. Brian Marshall and Mr. Alan Sharpe in Abaco. All senior management is fully qualified in their particular fields of the construction industry and they have a combined experience of over 100 years in a wide range of construction projects.

With the management in place we are able to provide a comprehensive service including budget costs, value engineering, design development, design and build projects and work closely with all principals involved with construction process. Works completed in Abaco include eight prestige homes for Exclusive Resorts and two large custom residences for private owners in the Winding Bay Development. Currently we have been awarded the first private residence at Bakers Bay Development, Guana Cay and are included as one of Discovery Builders Bahamas approved General Contractors.

Other projects completed in the Abacos include private residential dwellings, bank

refurbishments high end retail outlets (including John Bull, Marsh Harbour) and through our own roofing division several roof refurbishments. Our company also owns and operates a piling division that completes foundation works for both ourselves and other General Contractors throughout the region. Our turnover in Abaco is approximately $30 million to date.
